RUNNING ALL DAY
Anastasia paints the day as it happens. Chair massages run throughout (sign up on arrival, first come first served).
9:00-9:45
Doors open, coffee on. Meet the facilitators, claim your massage slot, settle in. Please arrive by 9:30 to grab your coffee and breakfast before the opening talks.
10:00-10:15
A short hello from your hosts and a look at what the day holds.
10:15-10:30
We start with a breath together. A guided reset to land in the room, plus one tool you will still be using next month.
10:30 - 11:15
When people think about office management, they often think about logistics, facilities, and events. But behind every thriving workplace is something much more human: connection. Mey shares how a simple moment, asking a colleague if they needed five minutes to vent, changed her perspective on the role of an office manager. It made her realize the impact goes far beyond organizing spaces and experiences; it's about creating an environment where people feel seen, supported, and safe to be themselves. She'll explore how office professionals can foster psychological safety, build community, and shape company culture through everyday interactions.
30 minutes, followed by time for your questions.

11:15 - 12:15
The centre of the day. You will rotate through smal table discussion of your choice, each on a different topic, meeting new people at every one. Two rotations of 25-mins.
Topics:
1. Doing more with less: budgets and planning
2. Office engagement: getting people to show up
3. Culture & wellbeing
4. Sustainability in the office
5. Growing the role
The focus is on real challenges and practical ideas you can take back to your own workplace. Moderated by your peers.
12:30 - 13:30
A proper lunch by Yacinth. Over the meal, Anastasia shares the story behind her work and the painting taking shape in the room.
13:30 - 14:15
Three office and workplace leaders on how the role is changing and what it's becoming.
The conversation covers keeping an office worth showing up to when attendance is uneven, building the influence and the budget to do the job properly, specific ways of using AI beyond writing emails, and where the role can lead, including what changed how their own leadership saw them.

14:15 - 15:15
Time set aside to connect properly. You can compare notes with people who do similar work elsewhere, meet Amsterdam suppliers worth knowing, try the three minute nailboard challenge, or build your own mocktail.
15:15 - 15:30
A short breathing exercise to shake off the afternoon dip and bring your focus back for the final sessions.
15:30 - 16:15
How to get budget, buy-in, and a seat at the table for the work you do. Speaker announced soon.
16:15 - 16:30
What to take with you, an introduction to the ongoing Office Impact Community, and a thank you before the evening starts.
16:30 - 19:00
The day moves into the evening with an optional painting workshop, a live DJ, wine tasting, and food. Anastasia keeps painting, so you can pick up a brush and add to the canvas whenever you like. More people from the wider network join for this part. Ends 19:00.
Programme subject to final timings. Speakers announced as they confirm.

Anastasia Gangaev
Live painting and creative workshop
Anastasia Gangaev is an Amsterdam based abstract artist and former scientist whose textured work reads like a visual diary. Her paintings are built in layers, and she uses them to create a sense of pause and presence in the spaces they live in.
She will be painting live throughout the Summit, so the day gets documented as it happens. During the closing drinks she runs an optional painting workshop, no experience needed, just a canvas and a glass of something. Anastasia also runs painting workshops for companies, helping teams tap into creativity the working day rarely makes room for.
