Why we started Balance

Balance started from lived experience.

After years in demanding corporate and tech roles, we both experienced what unmanaged stress can look like. Anxiety. Panic attacks. Recurring illness. High performance on the outside, constant pressure underneath.

Breathwork and meditation were not trends for us. They were practical tools we used to regain stability, focus, and control during the workday.

Over time, those tools became habits. And those habits changed how we worked.

We began to see the same pattern across teams and organizations. Workplaces expected resilience, but rarely trained it.

So we built Balance to bring simple, science-backed regulation tools into companies in a structured, recurring way. Helping individuals build habits, and helping organizations create cultures where wellbeing and performance support each other.
