The People Team and Office Manager lead employee wellbeing initiatives, focusing on practical, inclusive support that fits seamlessly into the workday.
The challenge
As a fast-growing tech company, FeedbackFruits operates in a high-performance environment where rising stress and burnout prevention are real priorities. While support systems existed, the People Team needed something more accessible within the workday: a simple, practical stress-reduction tool for both office and remote employees.

The solution
The team began with a low-lift, test-and-learn approach to measure real impact before long-term roll-out. After the pilot, Balance and FeedbackFruits expanded the program into bi-weekly 30-minute hybrid breathwork sessions that employees could join from the office or remotely.

Program design
