Onze facilitators brengen begeleide ademwerksessies direct naar jullie werkplek, zodat teams tijdens de werkdag even kunnen resetten.


Ons team is gevestigd in Amsterdam en verzorgt regelmatig workshops voor bedrijven door heel Nederland.


Geen speciale materialen nodig. Geen ingewikkelde voorbereiding. Gewoon een effectieve reset die teams in ongeveer 30 minuten kunnen ervaren.

Sessies kunnen ook hybride worden gegeven, zodat collega’s zowel op kantoor als op afstand kunnen deelnemen.
